Beautiful establishment, with a wonderful atmosphere: marble tables and hardwood chairs. But the best part of the experience is the service and delicious Bica ( a three generation old recipe ) that you need to eat to believe how good it is. The lovely staff were engaged with our children and most of all, kind. While there might be other bars or Bica stores in town, you'd be missing out on one of the best experiences I've had in Galicia, and Spain in general.

Good place for a nice coffee & the local sponge type cake called "La Bica" which is delicious. The place is always busy with clients. Service friendly as is the owner. Nice location close to Castle facing vibrant square.

I've just worked out where this was. Me and the other fella on the bike tour with me stopped here for coffee, water and food. I had an omelette and he had a burger. It was all excellent and we left a moderate tip and rode on, just like Bon Scott. Anyway it's all good here. See the attached picture of my bike parked right beside our table.
